Domestic Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. This is the handling time before a package leaves HelloTummy.
After shipment, transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Handling time and transit time are separate.
Outbound shipping costs $5.99 per order. Prepaid return shipping is included.
HelloTummy currently ships to 49 U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to New York or to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the U.S. Virgin Islands. International shipping is not currently available.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@hellotummy.bio within 7 days, and we will assist with replacement options.
Sample Return Mailers
Each kit includes a prepaid return mailer.
Customers must follow all included instructions to ensure sample integrity. HelloTummy is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Improperly collected samples
- Return shipping outside provided methods
