Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Once the carrier takes possession of the package, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@hellotummy.bio within 7 days, and we will assist with replacement options.
Sample Return Mailers
Each kit includes a prepaid return mailer.
Customers must follow all included instructions to ensure sample integrity. HelloTummy is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Improperly collected samples
- Return shipping outside provided methods
